Eve von Engel is a delightful 6 month old puppy.
Per her foster mom:
Meet Eve, the miracle puppy! Eve was rescued from a shelter where she was scheduled for the big sleep because she couldn’t see. What the people at the shelter didn’t realize was that she couldn’t hear or walk or make any noise, either. With a whole lot of determination, a lot of hugs and the support of her foster sisters, Eve made a comeback. She can walk (and run!), her hearing is back, and she has started to regain the vision in one of her eyes. While she stumbles a bit and rarely makes any noise, she has learned to get around without any help from her foster parents, and she is getting stronger every day. Eve has overcome a tremendous amount of adversity in her young life, and she has piles and piles of love to share. She may be a special-needs pup, but she acclimates so well that you forget about her disability altogether most of the time. Eve loves to play with her big sister Sydney, explore the yard at her foster home and hop up and down the stairs like a rabbit (this puppy jumps higher than most people!). Eve is a very active puppy, but favorite thing in the world is cuddling with her foster parents at the end of a long day.
